Cancellation & Refund
Transparent terms for online vehicle bookings and add-on purchases.
We want you to book with confidence. Our refund policy ensures your ₹1,000 token is fully protected if you change your mind prior to vehicle registration.
Booking Token
A booking token of ₹1,000 is collected at the time of online reservation via the secure Razorpay payment gateway. This token is 100% refundable if you choose to cancel before the final invoicing and RTO registration processes have commenced.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your booking, you must send a formal request to our support team.
- Email customercare@punjabhonda.com with your booking ID and reason.
- Cancellation requests will be verified and processed within 2 working days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed securely.
- Any refund payment will be given by Account Payee Cheque or reversed to the original payment source securely via Razorpay.
- Refunds are typically processed and credited back to your account within 5-7 working days from the cancellation confirmation.
Non-Refundable Items & Returns
Certain processes and items cannot be reversed once initiated.
- Vehicles will not be returned or exchanged once they have been delivered and the RTO registration is complete.
- Personalised accessories, fitted add-ons, and registration charges paid to RTO are strictly non-refundable once processed.
