Booking & Payment Terms

We want your booking process to be completely transparent. Please note the following regarding payments:

• A token amount of ₹1,000 is collected for online vehicle reservations via our secure Razorpay checkout.
• Prices displayed are indicative Ex-Showroom only. RTO, Municipal Corporation Tax, Insurance, Accessories, and other taxes will be extra.
• The final on-road price at the time of delivery will be the applicable price.
• Delivery will be scheduled only after the complete realization of the final payment.

Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

We use Razorpay for processing all online payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers.

• Your payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
• Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your transaction.
• After the transaction is complete, your purchase information is not saved by us.
• Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Documentation Required

To ensure a smooth registration and delivery process, the following documents are mandatory:

• Photocopy of Residence Proof (Aadhar/Passport)
• ID Proof (PAN Card)
• Valid Driving License
• Two passport-sized photographs

Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your vehicle as efficiently as possible once all formalities are completed.

• Delivery is subject to complete payment realization and RTO processing time.

Jurisdiction & Governance

All sales, bookings, and business operations for Punjab Honda and BigWing Ahmedabad West are subject exclusively to Ahmedabad jurisdiction. By using our website and services, you explicitly agree to these terms.
