Honda Shine100 DX comes with a standard warranty of 3 years, 42000km (whichever is earlier) from date of purchase.

Standard Warranty usually cover major components and system of the product This also include repairs of the defect in component or workmanship.

HMSI does not warrant normal wear and tear items like Clutch Weight, Clutch Disc, Brake shoe, Brake Pads, Brake Disc, Drive belt, Drive Chain, Drive Chain Sprocket, Wheel Rim (in case of misalignment and bent), Bushes, Fasteners, Shims, Washers and Electrical items like Bulbs, Fuses, Rubber and Plastic Components like Grommets, O-Rings, Bellows, Packings, Gaskets, Oil Seals and Consumables like Fuel Filter, Air Cleaner Element, Engine Oil, Grease, Suspension Oil, and other items as specified by HMSI.

An extended warranty is additional warranty coverage offered to customers in addition to the Standard Warranty. It can be purchased from the HMSI Authorized Dealers. You can opt Extend Warranty from 1 year up to 7 years - Total making of 10 years of warranty (3 + 7 years).

1st Free Service: 750-1000 km or 15-30 days

2nd Free Service: 5500-6000 km or 165-180 day

3rd Free Service: 11500-12000 km or 350-365 day

Days or Kilometers whichever comes earlier from the date of Sale

The warranty covers both production and craftsmanship. However, it does not cover the clutch plate, brake shoe, tire and tube, chain and sprocket, and other parts that degrade with repeated use.

Oil Capacity - After draining: 0.75 litres (0.79 US qt, 0.660 Imp qt), After draining with Oil Filter- 0.80 litres (0.85 US qt, 0.704 Imp qt)

Oil Capacity - After disassembly: 0.90 litres (0.95 US qt, 0.792 Imp qt)

SAE 5W-30 or 10W-30 and JASO T 903 standard MA are the recommended oil grades for the bike.

The duration is 18 Months from the Date Of Sale or 20000 Km or earlier.
