Honda SP125 comes with a standard warranty of 3 years, 42000km (whichever is earlier) from date of purchase.

Standard Warranty usually cover major components and system of the product This also include repairs of the defect in component or workmanship.

HMSI does not warrant normal wear and tear items like Clutch Weight, Clutch Disc, Brake shoe, Brake Pads, Brake Disc, Drive belt, Drive Chain, Drive Chain Sprocket, Wheel Rim (in case of misalignment and bent), Bushes, Fasteners, Shims, Washers and Electrical items like Bulbs, Fuses, Rubber and Plastic Components like Grommets, O-Rings, Bellows, Packings, Gaskets, Oil Seals and Consumables like Fuel Filter, Air Cleaner Element, Engine Oil, Grease, Suspension Oil, and other items as specified by HMSI.

An extended warranty is additional warranty coverage offered to customers in addition to the Standard Warranty. It can be purchased from the HMSI Authorized Dealers. You can opt Extend Warranty from 1 year up to 7 years - Total making of 10 years of warranty (3 + 7 years).

1st Free Service: 750-1000 km or 15-30 days

2nd Free Service: 5500-6000 km or 165-180 day

3rd Free Service: 11500-12000 km or 350-365 day

The warranty covers manufacturing and craftsmanship. There is no warranty coverage for parts like the clutch plate, brake shoe, tire and tube, chain and sprocket, etc., that wear out with frequent use.

During the free service period, there are no labour fees. You only need to pay for the replacement of consumables such as engine oil, grease, suspension oil, air cleaner elements, and fuel filters.

The following is the schedule for free services:

First Free Service: 15–30 days or 750–1000 km

Second Free Service: 165–180 days or 5500–6000 km

Third Free Service: 350–365 days or 11,500–12,000 km

Oil Capacity - After draining: 0.85 litres (0.90 US qt, 0.75 Imp qt)

Oil Capacity - After disassembly: 1.0 litres (1.1 US qt, 0.9 Imp qt)

SAE 5W-30 is the ideal oil grade for the motorcycle.

The idle RPM is 1500 ± 100 rpm.

The standard warranty period for the motorcycle is 36 months or 42,000 km, whichever is earlier from the date of sale.
